1 TO 1 CLASSES

Small condominium groups that organise their own classes are considered 1 to 1 classes.

1 to 1 classes half hour are $80 to $110 per half hour depending on time non- peak, less distance for coaches to travel plus dependant on the class size.

For the first class, you can just pay for the class. If you want a permanent time slot booking you must pay 8 lessons advance and 8 lessons per term must be taken or made up on a different day with a week's notice for the higher rate of 100 up. 80 x 8 lessons a 6 weeks notice date is to be given.

If classes are paid weekly the time slot will not be reserved. A 6-week notice date must be given if classes are terminated. Those who only want to pay weekly the fee is a minimum $100 per half hour.

1 to 1 classes must still pay registration and deposit. They still must wear a red swimming cap.

If the class is cancelled and the coach is not informed regular swim fee will be charged. At least 1 weeks notice must be given to arrange a different time if you are not attending the class, or payment must be made. 1 to 1 students cannot last minute cancel class and must still pay.  There are no guarantees of a makeup even with MC or bad weather.  If timing suits coach and there was enough time given, a makeup can be arranged. If a coach turns up to the lesson and was not informed payment must still be made.

PRIME TIME swimming classes Friday/Saturday after 4pm and all day Sundays minimum are $100 per half hour.

MAKE-UPS admin fees apply to all make ups.

Make-ups are normally arranged by filling available spots in scheduled classes. To request a makeup lesson you must register you missed out lessons on this form first.

Make-ups are not guaranteed for any reason.

When I arrange special makeup classes there is a fee of $10 per make up lesson per student.  All Sunday and special classes are $10 a makeup unless other information is stated for classes when I'm away. So if I come on a day that is not a regular class you can fit into then it is $10 per student.

No post-term makeups are allowed if your term has finished and you have not paid for the next term. Only those continuing into the next term can apply.

If you have an MC $2 admin fee.

If Pool is closed due to rain there will be warm-up stretching swimming exercises. Unless cancelled prior there is not makeup.

Make-ups made prior to holidays are $2 to encourage the parents and students to plan ahead and make use of less busy periods. Post make ups if available are $5.

Once 6 weeks paid notice is given, if Make ups that exceed the amount of paid classes parents will need to top up and pay for the extra classes.

Note if you swim 52 weeks a year its only 26 to 52 hours, However, if you miss classes and do not try to make up your progress will be really slow.
Pre makeups that are not used will only be charge at 10 dollars a session once you give your six weeks notice if you never used them so it is worth trying.

Make up for Condo will be at public pools

    SWIM SAFER TESTS
Swim Safer tests, are not inclusive of the fees, approximately $30 with 10 students taking the test. slightly more if less than 10. Non-Jen Swim School students will need to pay $40.

    EQUIPMENT PAYMENT
Students must purchase their own equipment, eg kick boards,  2 sets of goggles etc. I can order for you if necessary. Please pay cash for these items. Only fees must be paid by cheque or ITR.

    Missed Classes Rescheduling/Cancellation/Dangerous Weather
Classes will not be cancelled due to rain unless considered dangerous; it is up to students to check if the class is on. If the class goes ahead and students who do not attend, the class will be considered taken. You may call the public pool office direct if you cannot contact me by SMS to find out if the pool is open only. If the pool opens the lesson is on. It's a risk if you do not turn up and class goes ahead, I'm very sorry but I can't do makeup if the class is on. We may change to stretching warming up and do water safety. This will be considered a lesson.

With the swim safer program there is a online test, so children can now when rainy go over the water safety and learn some out of pool warming up and stretching/fitness programs. So no need to miss classes.

FOR the PSI is must be above 150 before a makeup is considered and you must give  3 hours notice if you are not attending due to the PSI. The class will be on until it reaches 200 psi 24-hour reading.

Classes on public holidays timings maybe changed to mornings avoid a crowded pool.
Only equipment can be paid in cash but must be put in an envelope with the exact correct fee with students name, inside a plastic bag.

    PUBLIC POOLS - SWIMMING FEES
Entry fee to the public pool swimming complex or private pools are not included in the swimming fees and must be paid separately at the swimming complex upon entry. All students are required to wear a red swim cap for extra safety.

    ATTENDANCE/PAYMENT CARDS
Please fill out the attendance/payment card and bring to every lesson to verify that it has been completed correctly. Payments are to be made for the new term on the last lesson of the old term to reserve your class space.

Due to increased administrative work replacing lost Attendance/Payment cards are $20 or you can download and print a form from HERE if you have the necessary attendance and payment information.  Please remember to put it in a ziploc bag.

Take good care of your cards as it's your proof of attendance and proof of deposit amount as ealier students paid a lot less. online registered students will have a record there.

    INDEMNITY FORMS

All parents will be required to fill a hard copy of the Indemnity Form to be kept on file.  The form can be downloaded HERE.
