All students need to have their own personal equipment. I can provide a temporary loan with exception of goggles (in case of eye infections) until students have buy their own equipment. Goggles should be washed with mild soap and kept dry and mould free.
Different pools have different rules on equipment we are allowed to use.
Equipment on loan lost will be paid for and replaced. Life jackets $20 for those loaned and lost.
All students should bring to each swim class:-
*Kick board (please don't buy the very thick fiber type covered with cloth material, they have nice designs but not very practical for teaching) I can buy for around $12 to $15 for above type board.
*Swimming Goggles (please have two pairs in case one pair breaks)
*Plastic water bottle (filled with water only don't put into pool water) Warm on cold days.
*Swim Noodle for adult beginner classes only. (great teaching aid for breaststroke)
*Swim Fins short and soft rubber (condo pools only and make sure they are not scuba fins)
*Backfloat for 2 years to 6 years for beginners.
*Pool entry ezy link cards can be used for public pools.
* Swimming Caps MUST BE red for better vision and safety. Silicon caps keep the head warm, provide sun protection and keep hair out of the face. Cost $5.
*Please write students names and contact number in large letters. Equipement is easly lost and picked up by others.
All these kick boards are good except Ynez one in the pink as they spoil quick and not good for younger kids.... ok for my champ Ynez.....

To look after you cap keep away from sharp objects and do not fill with water. Dry and a very small amount of talcum powder to stop sticking.
