Hi Aunty Jenny,
I haven't seen you for a really long time, and I heard from uncle Robert that you're going back to Australia soon? How are you lately? Doing good I hope, as cheerful, friendly and enthusiastic about teaching children as you were teaching me so long ago. I think it has been 6 years! On that note, I'd like to thank you for what I really think is a good swimming foundation that helped with my going into competitive swimming and girls' water polo later on, and thanks also for introducing me to SLI. If not for it, I would never have taught children swimming in such a coach-friendly environment, learnt lifesaving, competitive swimming, and met all those great people at SLI.
Attached are two photos of the kids in two of my classes at SLI, before I started a 6-month study break from coaching in June. I've got A levels coming up in 2 months, you see. I never thought I would have my own kids of the same age as those kids I learnt swimming alongside with in your class! There's another 2 photos of me with my water polo team, after we won bronze at the National Water Polo championships this year.
I had lots of fun with swimming since you taught me 6 years ago, it has become a large part of my life. Teachers' Day was just last week, so a very happy Teachers' Day to you! I just thought I had to tell you all these, before you went back to Australia. If you're free, I think I could spare some time from my books and treat you to dinner one day. Would you still be in SG at the end of sept? Its when my prelim exams end and I would be free for awhile.

Hello from Down under! Hope this email finds you well.
We’ve been in Perth for 3 month now….Dexter & Chloe had just started their 1st swimming lesson yesterday. The coach was very impressed with their strokes, said they’re the best he had seen in his class so far….all Credits to you J They are both in transition class.
Kids misses you, still talks about you lots…Chloe said the new coach is quite good but you are still the BESTEST!!!! J
When we first arrived here, both kids’ schools had swimming carnival, Dexter came in 1st for breaststroke & last for freestyle for year 8. His prized ribbons are now in his showcase…
Chloe came in 1st breaststroke & 3rd for freestyle for year 5. She was however a little disappointed that she was not chosen for the interschool swimming competition though….:) Her school is starting their swimming lesson in June.
