No, I did not drop off the planet but over the last 3 to 4 years so much happened and very fast.
With some big decisions to make and one I really never wanted, in 2019 with a traumatic experience and feeling burnt out with something I love to do it was time to consider moving on.
So while considering moving back to Australia and leaving my beloved Singapore, COVID hit.
So my husband and I decided to stay put in Australia. My son and his wife made it back to Singapore with many lockdowns, just after getting married in Australia.
Now my granddaughter lives in Singapore.
So I decided to do my Certificate 1v in Training and Assessment. This course takes around 2 years and I did complete it quite early. This course allows me to train swimming teachers and help them get an Australian-recognised certificate. through a registered training organisation.
So in 2024, I will be running swimming teacher courses. Most of the theory is done online. I do a 1-day face-to-face workshop. There is a lot more to it so once courses are booked and ready watch this space.
